make: msgfmt command not found

This error means gettext is not installed. type sudo apt-get install gettext in ubuntu to install gettext and then run make. Thanks.

remove packages from apt-get

Want to remove packages from apt-get of our local repository. you can use apt-get remove package-name. then package will be removed. And again you can use apt-get autoremove options. thanks.

'ok' button not working in java jdk installation

I have installed java6 jdk and jre in ubuntu. Now a configuration page appears. but the ok button is not working. The solution will be to use tab to go to ok button. then press enter. thanks.
